Infinix recently launched its first flip phone at a cheaper price, rivaling the Motorola Razr. Infinix Zero Flip is the flip phone that is launched at a price below Rs. 50,000, which is very aggressive pricing for a flip phone, and this is a very impressive move because people with tight budgets can also buy in India.

Infinix Zero Flip design and display

There are two colors available for the Infinix Zero Flip: Blossom Glow and Rock Black. As the name suggests, it’s a flip phone with a dual folding mechanism that draws in customers. The rear of the smartphone is matte, and the corners are flat. A USB-type C connector is included, and the phone has a power button and volume rockers on the right side.

Because of the mini screen, we get dual tone at the back side of the phone. At the back of the phone, we get a dual camera setup with an LED flashlight. When folded, the smartphone also has a secondary screen of a 3.64-inch cover display, which can perform many tasks like seeing notifications, using the primary camera as a selfie, clock, recorder, weather, etc. It also has Cute Pets animation on the secondary screen, and it is 3D dynamic pets, and users can interact with pets. Apps like YouTube, Spotify can be accessed with secondary screen.

Performance

The Infinix Zero Flip smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor paired with 8GB RAM and has 512GB storage. The phone is buttery smooth and can handle multitasking, and there is no lag while scrolling or switching between apps. But using for long hours, users might notice a lag in performance, and it does heat up easily during streaming videos or running multiple apps in the background.

If you are into gaming, then I would not recommend it, but if you are a casual gamers, you can buy this phone, and also the 120Hz refresh rate enhances gaming visuals. However, if you want to play highly intensive games like Genshin Impact, then the phone struggles a lot with graphics and frame rate.

XOS 14.5, which is based on Android 14, powers the Infinix Zero Flip. With the phone, the business promises three years of security patches and two years of software updates.

Camera

Infinix Zero Flip has dual camera setup featuring 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra wide camera. In daylight it produces impressive images with vibrant colors and details.
