Nothing CEO on X created a session “#askmeanything”, in that session Carl Pei revealed the Phone 3 will be launching in 3rd quarter of 2025. We would have seen the Nothing Phone 3 in July 2024 if Nothing had adhered to a regular timetable. Pei, however, stressed the need to “get the product right” when he announced in June 2024 that the handset’s launch would be postponed this year. Carl Pei’s leaked email revealed clues for integrating AI. In particular, the emails mentioned “breakthrough innovations in the user interface.” The business also hinted at an AI platform last year, showcasing concepts it has been working on for future gadgets.
Pei continued by saying that the goal of the upcoming Nothing flagship phone was “integrating hardware and AI in a way that is both useful and brings a smile to people’s faces,” so we can anticipate seeing a ton of AI capabilities.
