Leaked design renderings of the Xperia 1 VI’s successor show that it will come in three different color variants. It is anticipated to include 12GB of RAM and Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The Sony WH-1000XM6’s debut date has also been revealed by the company.

Images of the new Sony Xperia 1 VII in three colorways were released by Android Headlines. According to the report, the Xperia 1 VIII will come in black, green, and purple color variants, however the firm has not yet disclosed any information about the phone.
The leaked photos of the Sony Xperia 1 VIII indicate that there haven’t been many significant design changes. The selfie camera is built into the top bezel of the phone’s tall display. On the rear, there is a twin LED flash and a triple rear camera arrangement in the upper left corner.
The report states that the twin LED flash and periscope telephoto camera will be positioned underneath the ultrawide and primary camera at the top of the vertically aligned camera module. The Sony Xperia 1 VIII’s power button, which also functions as a fingerprint scanner, and volume rocker are situated on the right edge, according to the leaked photos.
Meanwhile, leaked Xperia 1 VIII marketing materials indicate that the phone will have a Sunlight Mode and a display featuring Sony’s Bravia technology. According to the manufacturer, the phone’s 5,000mAh battery may last up to two days.
The Sony Xperia 1 VIII is anticipated to launch with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and 12GB of RAM, following previous rumors. It is anticipated that the phone will launch with Android 15. The phone will be unveiled by the firm on May 13 at its upcoming launch event.
