Nothing phone 2a Specs leaked – is it better than nothing phone 1?

After Nothing Phone 2 success, Nothing is coming with new mid-range smartphone Nothing phone 2a. Nothing about the upcoming phone 2A has been leaked online, and now it’s confirmed that it’s going to release on March 5, 2024. With the phone, it was also confirmed that CMF products will launch alongside.

Nothing phone 2a Variants and price:

As per reports, the base variant of Nothing phone 2a will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and in INR, it will cost around Rs. 34,000 (approximately.). The higher variant will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and it will cost around Rs. 40,000.

CMF products:

Nothing is also planning to launch its CMF products, i.e., CMF buds and CMF neck band pro. We don’t have many details on this, but it might have some innovative features that might attract consumers.

Nothing phone 2a Specifications:

We all know that Nothing phone 1 and 2 come with flashy LED lights. This will continue in the Nothing phone 2a, but it might have fewer blinking lights at the back and also have a slight change in camera setup, as you can see in the above image. It comes with two cameras: the rear camera will be 50 megapixels and the front camera will be 32 megapixels.

The Nothing phone 2a will have a large screen with a 6.7-inch Full HD display and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. There is no confirmation about the dynamic refresh rate.

Nothing phone 2a will use the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chip, which is a powerful processor that can handle day-to-day tasks very easily and is a good mid-range processor. As you know, it will have two variants. The base variant (8GB) will have 4500 mAh, and the 12GB variant will have 4800 mAh. Nothing phone 2a will have Android 14 and will have nothing OS 2.5.

For now, we only know this much; other details will be known at MWC 2024, which will happen on March 5th.

Is it better than the Nothing Phone 1?

Well the numbers tells us what can we expect from a smartphone but it does not give the clear image how the smartphone will perform in real time. They both are good processors and definitely the performance will be great.
