Realme made a comeback with the GT 6 Series in India. Since then, it has been in the news because the GT series has impressive performance and great design. This phone is also the first smartphone to come with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and Realme, launched at a price of Rs. 30,999 (8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage).
Design, Display and build:
The Realme GT 6T comes with a sleek design and rounded edges. The back panel of the smartphone is like a mirror where you can see your face and also has different textures.
The back panel looks incredible, but it attracts fingerprints, so it is better to use a case. Also, I got some scratches, so a case is necessary or you can use the skin.
The Realme GT 6T has a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display and an FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The front screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and comes with a punch hole design. The screen can be lit up to 6,000 nits, i.e., peak brightness. The brightness is great you wont face issue in daylight outside.
The screen is bright, images are razor sharp because of the high resolution, and scrolling on display is buttery smooth due to the 120 Hz refresh rate.
If you are binge watcher then this phone is for you because of its great display watching Netflix is delight.

Performance:
The Realme GT 6T is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, which delivers beastly performance whether you are gaming or watching Netflix. Due to its impressive screen and chipset, the overall performance is great. The phone does not face lag while using it, thanks to the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. Opening and closing apps is smooth, and the loading of apps is smooth, and switching between apps is also seamless.
Now let’s see benchmark scores, Firstly, the AnTuTu score is 14,50,949, which is impressive; it is better than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and slightly lower than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The Geek Bench 6 score is also impressive, with a single score of 1826 and a multi-core score of 4544.
In your daily usage, you won’t face any issues, whether you are gaming, binge-watching movies, or taking photos; everything works fine. It gets slightly hot while gaming, but that’s not a big problem; the temperature is in control. Now let’s talk about the software. It runs on Android 14, which is good, and has its own skin, Realme UI 5.0.
The UI depends on users; some people like it, some don’t. For me, as long as the interface is clean and user-friendly, it passes my test, so for me, the UI is fine. There are pre-installed apps, but most of them can be uninstalled. Overall, the software experience is smooth and has some great features.
Battery:
It has 5500mAh which is great and can easily last a day, if you are gaming then also it can last for a day. You may not need to worry about battery because of 120W charger it charges 100 percent in 25 minutes. The phone also has AI Smart Charging, which helps maintain battery life by adjusting the charging speed based on your usage habits.
Cameras:
It has Dual camera setup 50MP primary camera and 8MP ultra wide camera and the front camera is of 32MP .During the day, the photos exhibit crisp, natural colors, matching the capabilities of the majority of modern smartphones.
The background is beautifully blurred in portrait photos, producing a pleasing bokeh effect. But edge detection isn’t quite flawless. When you enlarge a photo, you’ll see that the subject appears more like a cutout. The portrait photos won’t be as good as they would be on the majority of flagship and even mid-range phones.
The low-light images are acceptable; even in these images, a good amount of detail is preserved. The ultra-wide lens comes in helpful for taking wide angles. The photos I took with it retained a decent level of information, especially when I took them in well-lit environments. Additionally, the color reproduction was fairly realistic but taking photos while zooming then the issue starts and that is stability. Overall the camera is decent daylight photos are great but its not same for low light conditions.
