The most recent Geekbench listings have shown the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938B) with Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy and the Galaxy S25+ with Exynos 2500 (SM-S936B) with Exynos 2500. A screenshot of a Geekbench was leaked, and apparently it was a US model of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, shared by leaker Jukanlosreve. The model has 12GB of RAM with impressive scores, with a single-core of 3,148 and a multi-core score of 10,236.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra benchmark displays much higher scores than the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which averaged 2,137 for single-core performance and 6,680 for multi-core performance.
Back in September, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, model number SM-S938B, first appeared on Geekbench. With the same Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, the Galaxy variant from the US has now appeared. It has a higher prime core clocked speed of 4.47GHz as opposed to 4.32GHz and Android 15, but it has higher scores. Single core Geekbench score of 3148 is similar to Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra butt multi core score is crossing 10,000 score which is impressive.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications (Expected)
According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra would have a 6.86-inch AMOLED screen with fewer bezels than its predecessor. A 200-megapixel primary camera, a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto camera, a 50-megapixel 5x telephoto camera, and an improved 50-megapixel ultrawide camera might all be included in the alleged phone. Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which supports up to 16GB of RAM, is anticipated to power it. The phone may include a 5,000mAh battery that can be charged at 45W.

As January approaches, we’re beginning to see an increasing number of leaks concerning Samsung’s Galaxy S25 family of handsets. The Galaxy S25, S25+, and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra renders and silicone covers made by third parties were leaked today.
